The game wont let me. TBH, i should've but said "how the hell do bases work" because information technology's a picayune vague. Iv'e got a foundation, i have a solar console and scanner room unlocked (not multipurpose sadly) and information technology gives me oxygen but nothing else.

three. listen to the radio that is in there
4. cheque out the locations - WITH your scanner in tow just in case you lot need to scan a room or piece of equipment (to get the blueprint, and so you lot can build the things yourself)
beacons are in the deployables section of the fabricator and deploying one of em gives you an icon analogue to the one of the life pod.
You'll demand to scan the buoy fragments first to unlock the blueprint. Should find them in the wrecks in the prophylactic shallows or kelp woods.

Crawly. Two other questions: Why cant i build a scanner room? I have the materials just it keeps showing ruddy. Too, how do i put ability in the base?

Also, rotate your middle mouse push button to make sure placement shows at that place is a corridor attaching to the main base of operations. If it is nonetheless red, check the wall inside your base on the side y'all are trying to attach it and make certain nothing is at that place.
